Ballet instructor, Anne Beckert, (Miss Anne), began her ballet training with Madame Adda Pourmel of the Ballet Russe De Monte Carlo. Miss Anne continued her training at the David Howard School of Dance in New York City and the Shore Ballet School in Island Heights, New Jersey. Miss Anne has passed the Syllabus examinations offered through the Royal Academy of Dance housed in London, England. Her dancing career includes performances with the New Jersey Ballet Theatre Guild, Red Oak Music Theatre, (formerly in Lakewood, NJ), and the Shore Ballet Company. For the past seven years, Miss Anne has been teaching children the fundamentals of ballet recommended by the Royal Academy of Dance.
